          Relationship are important to everyone. Everyone is connected, very mush like the saying " no man is an island."
          All kinds of relationships are perceived to require extra effort to maintain. However a relationship can also be something that can provide security, be long lasting, and withstand trials.
          Building an effective and lasting relationship is a necessity for several reasons. In a group or organization, the well being of the people depends on how efficient that particular group or organization works. The group or organization is also dependent on how the members work well with management.
          Effective and efficient relationships require open expression of their feelings and positions on all matters pertinent on the relationship. It is not good practice to just assume that the other party understands your needs.
          An ineffective group or organization is a source of frustration for an individuals. Other group or organizations ask so much from the members; that sometimes the member do not have life outside the walls of the area where they work. These members sacrifice other aspects of their lives just to meet deadlines. This scenario presents a strain in relationship that can lead to a breakdown.
          Society is defined as a web of associations. These relationships requires all parties to work and contribute in order to achieve a common goal. The presence of cooperation and respect within a group or across organization can make the society work better.
          The effort to understand the other party's concern and position constitutes an effective and efficient relationship.
         Our relationship and life experiences are a reflection of our inner world. How we see the world and interpret the action of others depends on our relationship with our self.
          Most relationships are very exciting in the beginning but if you been in your current relationship for a while you may have already noticed that the initial excitement you had is starting to subside and you and your partner may be settling into a dull routine. As a relationship progresses one or both partners may be guilty of setting into complacency and may not strive to keep the element of excitement in their relationship.
